New Bed!!

Our master bed has been on the verge of breaking for quite sometime now, and we just kept "fixing" little things to make the bed last a little longer. Well, when demoing our master room (which I will also post before and afters once it is done), we noticed just how bad off our bed was and decided it was time to burn dispose of the bed.  Since then I have been looking for beds on craigslist and could not find anything that I liked or was willing to pay for! haha So... after some convincing, I had Jon ready to BUILD our own bed! Woohoo! I was blog hopping the other day and came across this ladies blog who built their own bed and gave the step by step instructions!! Lucky?!? I think not! This was a huge blessing! Here are some pictures of our "journey" to a new bed =)

Once I get a few coats of the antique white painted on I am going to antique the bed with a nice brown glaze! ooo I can't wait!! Once we get it together in our room I will post more pictures.
